Delivering Speed, Security, and Savings for Hui Huliau
We partnered with Hui Huliau to deliver a seamless migration to Deltek Costpoint GovCon Cloud Moderate, modernizing their ERP environment while strengthening security, compliance readiness, and scalability. Our team executed the full data conversion over a single weekend, a significant acceleration compared to a prior migration effort that had taken six to eight months. By managing complex data validation, single sign-on configuration, and access controls with precision, we minimized operational disruption, delivered the project under budget, and positioned Hui Huliau to expand into additional Costpoint modules after go-live.
The impact extended well beyond implementation. Following the migration, Hui Huliau gained increased confidence in their data protection posture, FedRAMP-aligned compliance, and ongoing system reliability. By eliminating costly third-party hosting and support, they expect to save more than $100,000 annually. Our relationship continues as a long-term partnership, with Infotek supporting new initiatives and integrations that help Hui Huliau scale operations and advance its mission in service of the Native Hawaiian community and federal customers.
